Adoption

Many of our cats and kittens are looking for their own loving and caring forever home. They are longing for more attention and cuddling than they can possibly get together with all the others in The Kingdom.

For each and every cat and kitten adopted, we'll have space and resources to save another, so by adopting one of our cats you give life to two!

Rescuing one cat won't change the world, but it will change the world for one cat!

There are two options if you want to adopt.

You can come and visit us in The Kingdom, chose which little angel you want (or let them chose you), and take it with you back home when the formalities are in order, or you can chose one from the Photo Gallery and we will set you in contact with one of the transporters. The last option is only available if you live in England, The Netherlands, Germany or France. The transporters will make a deal with you about when, where and the price, and you will pay them directly. We will bring the cat to Igoumenitsa on the mainland to see it well and safe off. The transporter will care for the cats for the rest of the journey.

We DO NOT send cats on their own by public transportation!

Before the cat leaves us, our own vet will prepare the cat/kitten with Microchip and Rabies Vaccination, and we will do the needed paperwork with the passport etc.

You will pay the vet directly. We do not take adoption fee, but we are always happy for a donation.

If we have to bring the cat to Igoumenitsa, you will also have to pay us for the ferry boat ticket and the transportation cage.

If you want to adopt, please fill in our adoption form.

We, or one of our volunteers, will contact you and arrange a home visit.

NB! We do not send our cats to a dangerous environment, for instance if you live next to a busy road.
